Situated on the ground level of Kite Mansion, These three rooms are bright and airy and boast views of the pool. Guests staying here have direct access to our games room, solar heated pool and fully equipped Technogym.

Quaint studio with sea views situated 300m from Cape Sports centre launch pad. The studio features BBQ facilities, a kite wash station and access to the spectacular solar heated pool.
KiteCo Pod started its life as a container and has since been evolved into a trendy container living pad. It features a studio-style layout and is fitted with a double bed and private bathroom. The Pod has partial lagoon views from the exclusive wooden deck and boasts direct access to the pool.
Exclusively for kite and windsurfers, a large spacious out building, converted into a Kite Den with a warm outside shower and kite and storage space.
Situated in the heart of Langebaan, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, Kite House is a great spot for kitesurfers wanting to feel part of the action. The house has 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a outside BBQ facility.
Located 50m from the lagoon, KiteCo House boasts stunning views of the Langebaan Lagoon, a BBQ and a large enclosed lawn fitted with a solar heated swimming pool. The large lawn is perfect for washing your kitesurfing equipment
All properties feature a BBQ station equipped with braai grill, grill brush, wood tongs and meat tongs allowing our guests to feast on a traditional South African "braai".
Each property is fitted with television and DVD players.
Most of our properties are fitted with a washing machine and guests staying in Lemon Studio and Speelhuis can make use of The Farmhouse Hotel laundry services at an additional charge.
Guest can access the internet through a pre-paid online facility or use the complimentary wifi lounge at The Farmhouse Hotel.
KiteCo House, KiteCo Studio and the Poolhouse rooms have access to communal pools on the property.
Guests are welcome to make use of our state-of-the-art fitness centre located at Kite Mansion, outfitted with a variety of premium equipment from Technogym.
Guests are offered the convenience of a self-check-in facility with a Key Safe that can only be accessed by secure code. The host will provide you with a unique code which is to be used to access the key safe.
Studios are equipped with linen and towels. Our on site host offers guests a daily refresh service (excluding Sunday and public holidays this can be arranged with your host at an additional charge)and a full service after 4 nights occupation.
Studios are stocked with the basic amenities and replenished as needed.
Kite Quarters is part of the Village n Life Group who offer all their guests access to the 24 hour Village n Life control room.
